I don't have any 40K models right now (That's a lie - I actually have 1 lonely Marine) but I'm planning on starting an army soon. Here's the list I was thinking of:

HQ
Space Marine Captain
-Space Marine Bike
-Melta Bombs and Power Sword

Command Squad (5 strong)
-Space Marine Bikes
-2x Flamers
-Company Standard
-Company Champion

TROOPS
Space Marine Bike Squad (5 strong)
-Power sword & melta bombs
-2x plasma gun

Space Marine Bike Squad (5 strong)
-2x melta guns

Tactical Squad (10 strong)
-Flamer & missile launcher
-Rhino

FAST ATTACK
Scout Bike Squad (4 strong)
-Scout grenade launcher

Vanguard Veterans (5 strong)
-Jump packs
-Relic blade & melta bombs

Attack Bike
-Multi-melta

Total Points: 1500

Good list just that bikers can't be troops Otherwise pretty solid

If a captain is on a bike, then you can have bikers as troops.
